An employee typically is looking for work to survive. He or she may not understand what it takes for the business to thrive and to be honest may not care. Every employee’s idea of work ethic is different and finding the right combination of people to work in your environment is a job by itself!
Human resources is easily overlooked and often felt or deemed unnecessary by small businesses when in fact the opposite is true. Having the right team is great for any company and while large corporations often more benefits and larger salaries, there are ways for a small business to compete in the market for qualified candidates and retain those talented candidates!
