MONEY & TIME
If you aren’t a business owner or entrepreneur, people they are seem so mean. Ask any employee and 90% of them will say that their boss or supervisor/manager (I hate the term ‘boss’) is mean! While I’ve had my times of not agreeing with those who worked in management, as an entrepreneur myself and future manager of employees; it is my job, my responsibility to view these things differently. This is my time to view and gain understanding for decisions from a perspective of business, time and money.
When people waste time, when they are poor stewards over time, they are poor stewards over money. The way people in this country earn a living is by trading their time for an hourly wage. Even if the person is salary, he or she, is still measured by an hourly wage or rate of pay. It is a symbolic measure of what your time is worth based on the task you are scheduled to perform. In a lot of cases, people are underpaid as they provide skills and services beyond their job description. They are valuable employees. Those who arrive on time, work diligently (which doesn’t mean that they don’t take breaks) it just means they are efficient and effective, they bring unwritten, experience, expertise, knowledge, maturity to the job task. Then there are those whom you know without a doubt are wasting time and money. They are not efficient, nor are they effective. Their performance at work is definitely similar to their performance in life, only doing enough to get by and likewise their finances display this attitude as well.
When people claim that their wage of pay doesn’t reflect their value, that’s understandable, however, the action steps of changing that narrative lie in the hands of that individual and that’s how one writes his or her story of obtaining wealth.
We are only bound if we choose to be bound. You’re only limited if you accept limits. Increasing your net worth begins with one increasing their value! College may or may not have been your thing, but there are always additional or optional methods of education that can improve your knowledge in your field which can and will increase your rate of pay.
If you do nothing additional with your time, it is guaranteed, you will receive nothing additional in the terms of financial increase.
No one is going to run you down asking about all the things you can do, it is your job to showcase your talents and turn them into income.
Time and Money! You must use one effectively to increase the other and vice versa. You want more time, hire people! (The person who received that, is either an Entrepreneur in progress or will be soon)
